1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Foretype ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Foretype on macOS devices you own or control, subject to these terms and to the device limit of your plan (up to 3 Macs on Pro and Lifetime).

3. Free Tier, Subscriptions & Lifetime

• Foretype offers a free tier so you can use the App without payment, subject to a daily completion allowance.
• Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase that grants continued use without recurring billing.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before renewing at a new price.
• If you are unhappy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days for a refund of that purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or your licence key
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent the licensing, activation, or device-limit mechanisms

5. Intellectual Property

Foretype, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Applifyer. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The on-device AI models bundled with or downloaded by the App are subject to their respective open-source licences.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Foretype is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Suggestion quality depends on the model you choose, your hardware, and the surrounding context.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applifyer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the App is revoked immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kosovo.
